Technical Support
Technical Issues
There may be a technical problem preventing the video from working. All of the videos you can access from the Internet are stored on computers, and just like the computer you are using they are subject to malfunctions. Quite often these problems will produce an error message. It is very important to us to know when these malfunctions occur. Routing issues (kind of like traffic jams on highways) can also happen with internet connections. Most of the time the problem goes away on it's own. If you receive an error message when trying to access our videos, please use the form here and describe the trouble you're encountering.
Broadband Internet Connection While a faster broadband internet connection(cable modem or DSL) are not required to view videos on our site, if it's available in your area, you should consider it. It means less waiting time, pages load faster, and higher quality videos stream and play much better. Satellite internet is also an option, although more expensive and slower than cable modem or DSL, it's still a great alternative to 56k dial up.
You can go to this website to see if there's broadband internet in your areResolution: http://www.dslreports.com/. Please click here to contact one of our customer service representatives if your question isn't listed here.
